Event Co-Ordinator Website
Inntegra are an events co-ordinator business, specialising in hosting events for the hospitality industry. They needed a website that showcased the high quality that goes into all of their events, and the fact they pride themselves on putting on 'exciting' conferences.
dESIGN cHALLENGES
Inntegra originally wanted just a website to showcase a history of the events they hosted. Over the years, this has developed into a full on ticketing platform for their events, as well as a UK-wide hospitality calendar for all events in the space.
kEY eLEMENTS
- Consistent Branding: Designing a consistent branding throughout the website, incorporating the Inntegra logo's iconic purple
- Background video: In order to create a large visual impact upon landing on the site, I compiled clips from Inntegra's events over the years to create a dynamic, fast paced view into their events.
- Ticketing: Utilising the TicketTailor widget embed, I designed a CMS based page that could create a consistent look across all of Inntegra's events - whilst still allowing the flexibility for each event's unique stamp of style. The ticketing information is fully controlled from the Webflow CMS on the back end, with the actual ticket purchase process being facilitated by TicketTailor's embed.
- Ticketing Reporting: Inntegra pride themselves on first class service from the moment a guest steps through the door. Their guest badges therefore must be accurate. Using a series of Zapier logic flows, each guest's ticket information is fed to an Inntegra Google Sheet. This can then be analysed and reported on at Inntegra's behest.
- Hospitality Calendar: This was implemented using Webflow's CMS functionality. Inntegra's admin team will provide the details of events coming up in the space which can be uploaded direct to the CMS to create the most up to date calendar on the market. This features dynamic filtering systems, to help users find events that are of interest to them.
- Showcasing Services: Inntegra put on a large array of services, and they needed an SEO optimised page to showcase these.
