Event Brochure

The event 'Competitive Socialising: The Power of Play' features competitive socialising products on show by Home Leisure Direct, as well as talks by over 25 speakers and showcases by oodles of sponsors. In order to help attendees on the day learn about the speakers, the products and the sponsors offering goods and services on the day, I have produced the event brochure each year from 2019 to 2024. Each booklet is over 100 pages.

dESIGN cHALLENGES

The brochure was meticulously designed to reflect the event's branding, featuring a consistent use of purples, neons, and stylised iconography throughout. Each page was crafted to be visually appealing and easy to navigate, enhancing the overall attendee experience. The brochure was designed with print readiness in mind, ensuring high-quality output. It underwent multiple rounds of proofing by various stakeholders, including sponsors and two different event organisers to ensure accuracy and perfection before going to print.
